We went camping in Pine Valley which is near St. George Utah for Labor day weekend. We had a blast. The first night we got there it rained really hard for 4 hours. The tent Chris and I were in had puddles of water in it but my brother's tent was flooded. At 4am my brother, Shellie and their kids moved into my mom's trailer but I got up and grabbed some towels and my brother helped me put up a tarp which help anymore water from coming it. Luckily that was the only time it rained. We had a stream that ran right next to our camp that the kids loved to play in and were pretty much in it from sun up to sun down. We also took them fishing which is one of Joey's new favorite hobbies. We sadly didn't catch anything but it was still fun. Chris and I went to some lava caves with my Uncle Mark, sister Kayla, and cousins Sam, Lauren, and Katie.
Here are some updates on the kids...... Conner is our little monkey who loves to climb on literally everything he can. He can now say, "hi (when you give him anything that looks like a phone), uh oh, no, go, mommy, daddy(but not a whole lot), wow, here you go, thank you and I think thats it. He is always smiling and laughing from sun up to sun down and is eating all the time. lol
Faith has started her dance class which is Ballet/Jazz/Tumbling. She will have 3 performances. 1 in December, the other in spring and the last one in June. We are so excited to see those. She has already learned a lot and loves going.
Joey turns 8 on Monday. I can't believe he is already 8 y/o. He is going to be starting boy scouts and is very excited. But I don't know who is more excited him or Chris. Chris is looking forward to father son outings and helping Joey learn new things.
Joshua is playing soccer and he likes is a lot. I believe his first game is coming up and I'm sure he will be the star of the game. We miss him a lot but are very excited to see him in November for a week. We are hoping to get some family pictures taken then.

Chris and Uncle Mark talking. Chris may go hunting in the beginning of November with them. We will see.
Conner's stick but he kept walking around saying "hi" in it so I think he may have thought it was a phone.
My Uncle Mark made a carrot cake in the dutch oven. It was very good. It was to celebrate my grandma and grandpas 52nd anniversary.
