Mount Shasta

Jon and I went to Mount Shasta last weekend and had a blast. We had 4 days with no kids!! Don't get that very often so we took advantage of it. It was a very long drive but worth it. We left Thursday afternoon and drove to Reno and stayed there that night then drove the rest of the way (3 hours) to Trout Creek (a camp ground near McCloud). We also went out hunting. Joe (Jon's brother) hit a buck and we tracked it for about 3/4 of a mile then went back to camp and Joe and Don (Jon's dad) tracked it for another 3 miles but never found it. It stopped bleeding. He didn't hit it in a good spot. But none the less we had a fanstastic time. We went to glass mountain and saw lots of rocks made from lava!! Here are the pics from out trip!! Enjoy!!!
Beautiful Sunset!!
