Well it seems they have made it a little easier to put pictures up on here but still not that fast so sorry I haven't added anything earlier. The past couple months have been kinda crazy. I switched jobs because the law firm I was working for was relocating to Salt Lake City and I did not want to have to compute an hour for my job. So I am once again working for my dad. He had a position opening up for the shipping manager so I took it. My body is so not used to hard labor and picking up anywhere from 1-50+ pound boxes all day but oh well I guess. It's my exercise. We went on a 4 day vacation to the Grand Canyon, and Cherie's wedding. All of my siblings and nieces and nephews where there, as well as my Grandma and Grandpa Barris. So my parents, Grandparents, us 7 kids, 4 spouses, and 9 grandchildren. It was a great vacation. On the 25 of June, Cherie got married to Mark Caldwell and will soon be moving to Italy. Can't say I'm not jealous, I would love to go there one day. Here are some pics of our trip to he Grand Canyon and Cherie's wedding. Enjoy!
Jon's first look at the Grand Canyon. It is breath taking.
Conner and Jon.
It's even better in person.
Conner and I. (Joey and Faith road with my parents on the way down)
We saw a whole lot of animals, which Conner loved. Here is an Elk and 1 of her 2 babies.
Here she is with both.
Joey pretending to fall off the Grand Canyon. (Don't worry there was another edge you can't see or else I wouldn't let him to that)
The trail you see on the lower ledge is one that goes to the bottom of the Canyon. It's 8 miles down and 8 miles up. Temps can reach over 130 but generally about 30-40 degrees hotter than up top. Cherie, my dad, my brother-in-law David, and brother-in-law Glenn decided to walk down and up in 1 day. They are crazy. It took them about 11 hours. Cherie got a mild case of heat stroke and exhaustion sickness less then a week from her wedding. Luckily she felt fine the next day.
Joey on our hike of the Grand Canyon.
My boys being monkeys.
My dad cooking. His apron says "The Gillfather".
Sorry these are kinda out of order somehow and I didn't want to spend the time rearranging them lol. We are ready for our first 3 mile hike of the Grand Canyon.

Justin with Carlie and Anna, and Cherie with Faith. For those that know Faith aren't surprised but we had to put her on a leash because she kept forgetting that she could fall in (most places had no rails).
